Lucas Industries, a PCM INNOVATION COMPANY, is a growing manufacturer that specializes in precision aerospace tooling and parts. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable vertical NC Operator. Responsibilities:
The Individual is required to set up, operate and maintain a variety of Three Axis CNC machines to produce non repetitive precision parts. The individual will apply knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, material properties, layout, and machining procedures. The individual may also be responsible for fabricating tooling jigs and fixtures. This is for a Full-Time 1st shift offering.

Position Requirements:

Two or more years of experience as an NC machinist is preferred ;

Strong attention to detail ;

Moderate to heavy lifting ;

Ability to multitask between machines with frequent periods of standing ;

Work within the team and participate in the growth of the company ;

Cross training and work in other areas of the shop may be required ;

A valid driver’s license.
