Lucas Industries, a PCM INNOVATION COMPANY, is a growing manufacturer that specializes in precision aerospace tooling and parts. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable machinist. Responsibilities:
The Machinist is required to set up, operate and maintain a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts. May also fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools. The individual will maintain the machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, material properties, layout, and machining procedures. The Machinist is also responsible for inspection and handling of products and materials. This is for a 1st shift opening.

Position Requirements:
- Two or more years of experience as a machinist is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Moderate to heavy lifting.
- Ability to multitask between machines with frequent periods of standing.
- Work as part of a team and be able to take instructions from a variety of co-workers.
- Cross training and work in other areas of the shop may be required.
- A valid driver’s license.
